Hexagon Qatar Wins 3 Awards at the Inaugural QES Awards 2026

Hexagon Qatar is an award-winning event management company in Qatar. Specifically, we won three awards at the first-ever QES Awards 2026, held September 2, 2026 in Doha. These included Silver for Best Sustainable Event (Doha Quest – Candyland Installation), Silver for Best Event Management Company (SME), and Bronze for Best Innovation in Events (Qatar ExxonMobil Open ATP 500 2025 Opening & Closing Ceremonies).

We’re proud to share this recognition from the inaugural QES Awards 2026. Specifically, the awards were held as part of Qatar Event Show at the Qatar National Convention Centre. As Qatar’s first dedicated awards programme for the events industry, Qatar Tourism organized this event under its patronage. In turn, the QES Awards recognized outstanding achievements in events, companies, and individuals shaping the country’s growing events sector.

What Hexagon Won

Specifically, Hexagon Qatar received three separate recognitions. These spanned categories judging creativity, strategy, execution, impact, and sustainability:

Why These Awards Matter

The Best Event Management Company (SME) award, in particular, reflects something broader than any single project. Specifically, it recognizes the collective work, management, consistency, and resilience of our entire team. As an award-winning event management company in Qatar, we earned this against Qatar-based agencies of a similar scale. In addition, the QES Awards’ evaluation framework weighs execution quality and overall rigor at 25%. Furthermore, it also considers creativity, strategy, measurable impact, and sustainability. As a result, this recognition reflects consistent delivery, not a single standout moment.

Winning Silver for Best Sustainable Event carries extra weight too. Specifically, this category doesn’t accept aspirational claims like many others do. Instead, it requires documented, independently verifiable sustainability outcomes. The Projects Behind the Recognition

The Doha Quest – Candyland Installation brought a colorful, family-focused winter activation to life at one of Doha’s most visited entertainment venues, blending creative design with sustainable execution.

The Qatar ExxonMobil Open ATP 500 — itself named Best ATP 500 Tournament in 2025 — saw Hexagon Qatar deliver the opening and closing ceremonies, a project recognized here for its innovative approach to live sports event production.
