Hexagon Qatar plans and delivers public events in Qatar. Specifically, this includes national celebrations, cultural festivals, and community initiatives. In addition, our portfolio spans more than a decade, from the Qatar Summer Festival in 2014 to the Lusail Boulevard Arab Cup celebrations in 2025.
Transform public gatherings into extraordinary experiences with Hexagon's public events in Qatar. First, we specialize in large scale national celebrations, cultural festivals, and community initiatives. As a result, we bring people together to share in Qatar's rich cultural narrative. In addition, we use iconic locations such as Doha's Corniche and Katara Cultural Village. In turn, we design immersive and inclusive events that celebrate traditions and foster connections. Furthermore, we guide each project from concept development to execution. Ultimately, we make sure each event is impactful, engaging, and unforgettable.
Our Track Record in Public Events in Qatar
Public events draw large crowds. Therefore, planning has to cover safety, access, and atmosphere at the same time. Specifically, our portfolio spans more than a decade. First, it includes the Qatar Summer Festival 2014 water show, the Qatar International Food Festival 2015, and the Eid festivals at Katara Cultural Village in 2017. In addition, it covers Qatar National Sports Day 2017 at The Pearl-Qatar and the Medina Centrale Festival 2019. More recently, it includes the Asian Football Championship 2023 activations at The Pearl-Qatar. Finally, it includes the Lusail Boulevard Arab Cup fireworks celebrations in 2025.
Katara Cultural Village is one of Doha’s best known cultural venues. In fact, our portfolio includes the Eid festivals we delivered there. As a result, we know how to work with venues, authorities, and crowds. Furthermore, public events pair well with drone light shows and other event technologies when a celebration needs a standout finale. Moreover, one team can handle the whole event, from planning to the final moment. Ultimately, our recognition at the QES Awards 2026 for Best Event Management Company (SME) reflects that range.
